2019: Deadlifting a 16 kg kettlebell as part of full body workouts I completed during summer
2020: Deadlifting 40 kg - 50 kg on odd occasions
2021: Deadlifting 70 kg - 90 kg for 3 sets of 3 (90 kg) - 8 reps (70 kg) once a week or so
2022: Deadlifting following a programme (started in spring), lifting 80 kg - 120 kg for 1, 3, or 5+ reps most weeks on Pull sessions
2023: Deadlifts moving to Leg Day 2, aiming to pull three plates (140 kg) - maybe?
