Water lining VS Tight lining ⚡️ . Lots of questions regarding application of eyeliner.. and there really is 2 ways of doing this. Which do you prefer? ⚡️ . Water lining > This gives extra definition and depth to your eyes. Apply into the waterline on top. Because of the application into the top waterline, when you blink you will find this technique is normally best for a smokey eye, and eyeliner application is needed into the bottom waterline too. . Tight lining > This technique has been my everyday staple. Definition added into the roots of the lashes to make lashes look thicker but to also give you a soft outline. Apply in-between each lash and wiggle. This application does not transfer into the bottom waterline, so a great way to open up the eyes. . Ps yes I do have a watery eye, hay-fever has been at me all month! .
