You raised us. Taught us style. We all wanted to be like you when we grew up. You did everything for your kids & their friends. Your home was our playground, command center, gym, and everything in between . So many stories. Just like my dad at the time l’m sure you didn’t understand what the hell Scotty & i were doing making rap music , but you always supported us and encouraged us . And that meant the most to two 15 year old kids. Your career was exemplary. one of the most amazing runs anyone has ever had. Too many legendary films & rolls to list . I remember u telling us one day that it was real money you threw from your pocket in the scene from The Godfather where the papparazzi comes to the wedding and you come to the gate and smash their camera . It wasnt in the script to throw the money u said , it was an impulse . That shit always blew my mind! You were the realest. To the world you were an icon , a living legend, you were Sonny ! But more importantly , you were a great father to your kids and a real family man. And you raised one of the most solid humans on earth. What a life!!! Rest in peace James Caan , aka Jimmy !
