Omg these were amazing ☕️ If you have not tried this Sweet Cannoli dip from Trader Joe’s... then let this be your sign! The possibilities with this dip are endless and it’s SO good! I’ve shared a few other recipes using this dip and all of them are delicious! This dip is seasonal but I know some stores still have it on the shelf so if you see it... grab it! If you can’t find it then add this and my other recipes to your list to try when it’s in season again, I promise you won’t regret it! These boozy cannoli shots were dangerously good, and way too easy to drink. Recipe for one cannoli shot: 1.5 ounce Kahlúa 1 ounce vodka .5 ounce simple syrup For the cannoli cold foam: 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s cannoli dip 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream * this will be enough cold foam for 3-4 shots Mix your cold foam first and set aside. Pour the kahlúa, vodka, and simple syrup into your shaker and add ice. Give it a really good shake! Pour mixture into mini coffee/espresso glasses - the ones I used are 4 ounces. Top each shot with your cannoli cold foam... and if you want to be extra (because why not) grate a little bit of chocolate onto the top of the cold foam and finish it off with a little dusting of powdered sugar! The PERFECT cannoli shot! These would be so fun to serve when hosting a brunch!
