Little sped up version of my current workout made especially for me by @jacquikingswell ππΌ 45 min brisk walk, gentle stretch, a very short ab activation and some breathing exercises. So proud that I can even do this routine most days and just have to be careful not to push myself too much ππ» It is so important to listen to your body which is what weβre all about at @thepilatesclass.
