Little sped up version of my current workout made especially for me by @jacquikingswell πŸ™ŒπŸΌ 45 min brisk walk, gentle stretch, a very short ab activation and some breathing exercises. So proud that I can even do this routine most days and just have to be careful not to push myself too much πŸ™πŸ» It is so important to listen to your body which is what we’re all about at @thepilatesclass.
