it has been 2 weeks since I left Argentina, my adventure of many firsts- first time in South America, first winter in august, first time ski touring, first time living in a remote (but luxurious hut) in the backcountry. Many say I am crazy for leaving my young kids behind to fly so far away. But the best way to teach is to lead by example, and I hope my kids will learn the importance of self exploration, the exhilaration of pushing physical boundaries and importance of having fun. Thank you to my life coach @drsamfielding for organizing this trip and always pushing me to achieve more than I believe possible in my skiing, riding, relationships and life in general. The best life lessons are not taught, but experienced. These ones will stay with me forever.
