Mimi’s place 🫶🏻 . . . This weekend was not easy to say the least, but I am glad that we got to honor her final wish. Silly enough my little hamster pinto bean passed away on the same day my grandma did just a year later; as Jackie put it he’s running around my room in heaven brining mimi laughter just as he did for me. My heart is heavy with not only grief, but joy in the fact that God created us to return to him. This trip reminded me we only live on this earth for such a short period of time, we should live it to the fullest. Loving others, living to give, hearts full of gratitude, and most of all a posture of heart to serve the Lord’s will. My Mimi’s love and laughter will live in my heart forever :)
