part time dog walker, full time bitch 🌈🐶⛓🐶🌈 one of my favorite looks i’ve ever made, so here’s the full back story and process behind it. @wildcatshadow is one of my biggest inspirations when it comes to doing looks that are interactive and engaging. seeing the way they wrangle pups through various spaces, especially @pup_kommodore on his nervous leash, was how this all started. i’ve had this vision for a while now, puppies as fashion accessories, as extensions of the garment. but it’s not something i’ve had the money or skill to put together until now. @_miss_meadows_ shot some early iterations of this concept - studio portraits surrounded by twinks in 2016, and then my king midas look from @ramonaslick’s 7 Deadly Sins penthouse party in 2018. when i got asked to host IML @queen.chicago, i knew i had to bring the full vision to life. so i sketched it out and hit up @henrianka to make custom screen printed nylon webbing for me. this was then measured, cut, and sewn onto a base leotard - with a second layer of black straps added to create more weight and movement. finally, i attached leash hardware to every single strap (nearly doubling the weight) but making sure that every single pup who wanted to dance with me that night could get clipped in the garment for @itssecretqueen to capture on camera. swipe to see some sketches, progress, and photos throughout the years 💞 #abhijeet #drag #dragqueen #clubkid #fashion #model #editorial #pupplay
