Making a cocktail using an egg white for the first time! Not sure how I’ve been a bartender for this long without doing this before lol. Looking back at this video i dont think it came out right. There should have definitely been more foam at the top but it tasted delicious 🤷🏽‍♀️ Any tips from my fellow bartenders? I love learning more and growing as a mixologist🍸🥂💗
