Last night was a moment I’ll always treasure. Hosting my alma mater’s gala to raise scholarships for future students felt deeply personal. It wasn’t so long ago that I benefited from a full scholarship through the honor’s program, grateful for every hand that lifted me along the way. Growing up, I often found myself in spaces where I didn’t quite feel like I belonged. Yet, with time, support, and self-belief, I’m learning to stand tall in those rooms and embrace every opportunity to give back. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, and celebrated with us last night.
