My people! Our film, #ABackyardinBaldwinHills is going to the 20th Annual Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival (@mvaaff). Last year I made this body of work with my partner in crime @walkgoodetienne and we fell into a tour around the country. From DC, NY, LA, we’re ending the tour in MV as the only filmmaker featuring two films in the festival. I’m fortunate to make an impact but more blessed to do it with actors I admire and love.
