Do you have a pinching hip pain in the front of your hip (aka a hip impingement)?? Here’s a patient of mine who was dealing with this for 3 months & a few tips to help you as well! . Mobility: step 1 is a banded joint mobilization. You MUST have a ton of tension of the band & mimic the impingement position - so push the knee in and drop your chest. Push the knee in and out 5-6 reps. . Stability: get those glutes activated in proper coordination & timing sequences to better control the femur!
