✨The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Yet ✨⁠ Since @njplo + I met, I’ve baked him countless chocolate chip cookies. he likes to refer to himself as a “simple man,” but friends let me tell you this is not true. (Which may be why we jive so well.) This man of mine has SO F*CKING MANY OPINIONS about the aesthetic of things, particularly his chocolate chip cookies. So many so, that every batch I’ve baked over these years has been met with a “...but I wish it was...” sweeter, softer, crunchier, bigger, more chocolaty. The recipe development for an everyday cookie this man would love has been exhaustive.
