—Exactly one year ago today.— After a couple hours of determination, some duct tape and a penny, the boys and I managed to get this crazy kite in the air. After I filmed this little clip, it crashed into the ground, yet again. So we made another slight adjustment to the design and they got it back up in the air, which thrilled them and me too, frankly. They worked as a team and when they high-fived each other, my heart nearly burst. They managed to keep the kite up for another two hours before it slipped the surly bonds of Earth. That was a good day. 💚
