This is the perfect after dinner martini! Mascarpone cold foam recipe: 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s mascarpone cheese 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream 2-3 drops vanilla extract *you can also use half and half instead of whipping cream for this cold foam. Shake up your espresso martini and pour into a chilled glass. Top with the mascarpone cold foam and then finely grate milk chocolate on top. I used the Trader Joe’s mini milk chocolate bars for this.
