STEAK AND EGGS
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10) ounce New York strip steak
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large eggs

Method
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over steaks. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add steaks to pan; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat to medium-low; add butter to the pan. Carefully grasp the pan handle using an oven mitt or folded dish towel. Tilt pan toward you so butter pools; cook 1 1/2 minutes, basting steaks with butter constantly. Remove steaks from pan; cover loosely with foil. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. When the pan is hot, carefully crack the eggs into the pan. Cover and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and a twist of black pepper.
Serve steak and eggs together 😋
