When I first applied to the Paris Fashion Week official calendar I printed out my rejection letter on the first look of the show. This wasn’t because I was mad at the federation for rejecting me, I just wanted to document the journey (I actually was excited that they were rejecting me because it meant they were still looking!) I knew I wouldn’t stop trying until I received an acceptance letter. It took three fashion shows, if you look closely at all the first looks you will see a rejection letter and then finally (for the claymation show) an acceptance letter. Point of the story: don’t give up.
