Found a new sport! New to me, anyway... Padel is a cross between squash (which J and I both used to play for our respective counties as kids) and tennis, which both of us are rubbish at. Turns out, putting both together is genius! Great fun to be had wellying balls off the back wall and a hugely satisfying thwack when you hit a good solid volley. I’m told it’s the fastest growing sport in the uk* so there’s probably a court somewhere nearby if you fancy checking it out. If you like whacking balls around for fun, I think you’ll like it! * I have also been told that about volleyball and wing foiling and can’t back any of those claims up so don’t quote me... #padel #padeluk #padeltennis
