Before I get into my thoughts... Vaughn, I am so fucking proud of you man, I mean it. You did a phenomenal job for you first show & man we did it! But your works not done. So looks like we got some work to do🥶 but man, it’s absolutely NUTS seeing you rise up and exceed the vision I had imagined you could have had back when we were 2D figures eating burrito bowls in Chido. You 100%, without a doubt deserve it all. You have worked your ass off every step of this journey and I know you’ll continue to go further.💙 So with that out of the way... Grateful, Relieved, & Excited. Those 3 words describe it best. I am grateful to all of you guys showing your support & I’d like like to give a an extra hug n kiss to my family and fiancé for putting up with me through peak week lol i love you guys❤️. I’m glad I improved this time around with my placement but at the end of the day I don’t mind the trophies, I just am grateful for the experience and knowing I was able to adhere for that long to a plan is satisfying in itself. I’m going to be honest, I’m really relieved it’s over because this prep was harder on me than last prep due to what was going on around me... more moving parts and what not. So now I get to relax...which is nice😌 Lastly, I. Am. EXCITED. I know what my next move is and I am going to give it my all to execute it perfectly. It’s time to take time and put on some quality size. & to Sir Kyle, thank you for being more than just a coach. You have become so much more than a figure that just controls my meals and training. You truly are family at this point and I appreciate everything you’ve helped me through even outside of this prep. So thank you for being the way you are🤍
