Today’s lesson: showing up is enough. I walked into the club telling @dfrostfit I wasn’t feeling my best (thank you, cycle 🥲). Instead of pushing through it, she guided me through a session that honored where my body actually was. And somehow I left feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded than when I walked in.
