This one’s an ode to one of the first drinks I ever posted on here. Not sure if I’m at “influencer” status yet, but this one would definitely beat the influencer 😉 @notjustabartender @stillatx Rhubarb Runway —————— Ingredients • 1.5 oz Still Austin Cask Strength Bourbon • 1 oz Cappelletti Aperitivo • 1 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice • 0.25 oz House-Made Fig–Rosemary Syrup (homemade component) Instructions Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a lowball glass. Garnish Half a fig + rosemary sprig clipped with a mini clothespin. House-Made Fig–Rosemary Syrup • 1 cup Demerara sugar • 1 cup water • 4–5 figs • 2 rosemary sprigs Simmer gently for 8–10 min, steep 20 min, strain, and bottle. ⸻ #beattheinfluencer #stillatx #contest
