I did it! I did a cold swim! Facing a fuck ton of fears lately and using all my might to stay on top of my emotions. The moon and the ocean are associated with emotions, so tonight I said if you can’t beat em join em! 🌚🌊 Whenever I feel like I’m drowning in emotions I tell myself I’m a mermaid and I can’t drown. It works for some reason 🧜🏼‍♀️
