Tell the truth about color, relaxer, texturizer, skin issues, allergies.. this allows the professionals to use appropriate materials as well as set the right expectations!!! Plus it will allow us to use our time more efficiently.. she knew ahead of time that we wouldn’t likely be able to achieve platinum and she was very happy with her results!!! Thank you Jennifer..
