How I stake my Monstera 🪴🪴🪴 This plant can get huge and out of control as it gets bigger so here’s what I’ve done to keep things together. When I first got this monstera, he was just a baby in a 6inch pot & it already came with a wooden stake to hold it upright. 1 year later, the roots & aerial roots attached to the stake so when I repotted him, I kept the stake. As the plant got taller, I added a STEEL GARDEN STAKE to promote upward growth. I used pieces of twine 🧶and tied one end to the stem of the leaves and the other end to the garden stake. I also used twine to tie two stems together so the plant would be more narrow than wide.
