I visited @anyahindmarch new concept store, The Ice Cream Project and I wanted to take you along with me. ‘The Village’ is located 15 minute walk from Victoria station. Inspired by Anya’s favourite cult food brands, including household products you’d typically find in the cupboards not the freezer. There are 14 flavours to choose, from Heinz Beans to Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce. You can try before you buy, scoops are £2 each and 500ml takeaway tubs are £10. On my first trip, I tried soy sauce, cocoa pops, Heinz beans and Quaker Oats. To make it more elite there could have been like a ketchup reduction swirl. However, I can’t help but wonder is this pop up more of a fashion statement than a focus on the food? What do you think?
