Throw back to a few weeks ago when I ran into @mandasaks and @j.glins while climbing one of the local mountains. We ended up having quite an epic photoshoot while battling it out with the clouds. I had planned on shooting a sunset that day. Normally I tend to climb solo, as I find that most people tend to look at me weird when I talk about hiking back down in the snow at night. So as everyone has noticed we are going to be spending a lot more time inside than as per usual. Now as some of you have noticed, The local trails have been especially busy. As as a result a few have already completely closed down as a product of overcrowding... I expect more to fall into the same regulation as the days get nicer, more people will want to spend time outdoors. The mountains can only fit so many people on them at a time so expect the everyday trails to enforce some kind of new regulation soon. 🤷‍♂️ I think I might use that to my advantage as the more advanced trails are still covered in snow. This means that they will probably be not so busy, as most people don’t have the gear required to climb them. I guess we will see as everything changes. In the mean time hope everyone is taking care of themselves and those around them. 😊
