I always try to call it “my other good side”, sort of not to offend it and be kind to myself and my body 🤣🥰 But those imbalances can be frustrating and sometimes it’s hard to practice the “bad” side, because it’s not fun to ”fail”, right? Well, let’s all try and practice our less good sides today, and please share your experiences! Do you have one good side for everything? My right side is better at some poses and transitions and my left is better at others. It would be fun to know how it’s all wired together neurologically, but I guess I’ll never find out.
