save this post for your best morning routine ever ☁️ . if you caught my stories today you’d know that I’ve been getting back into my healthy morning routine and I’ve never felt better . I built this morning routine almost 4 years ago and it allows me to find peace before a busy work day while also setting me up long term to grow, learn, & change every single day . so besties... welcome to my MIRACLE MORNING ROUTINE! ✨ . S: SILENCE. I always start off with some sort of meditation. My fave is the daily @headspace & I’ve actually been incorporating light & sound therapy into this in the @somadome at @archetypelife . A: AFFIRMATIONS. Y’all know I’m a big affirmations girl! I run through my list of “I am” statements out loud & proudly baby! . V: VISUALIZATION. the mind is SO powerful! I use this time to visualize either my dream life/higher self OR do a 30 day manifestation visualization if I’m looking to manifest something specific (Dauchsy on YouTube) . E: EXERCISE. I’m not a huge fan of intense workouts in the morning so my fave go-to’s are 10-15 minutes of yoga or stretching and 30 mins of walking on the treadmill (or outside if you can!) . R: READING. taking 10 minutes out of my day to read a business, wellness, self, help, etc. book has actually helped me learn SO much & consistently enrich my mind daily . S: SCRIPTING. scripting is one of my favourite things ever! i love to write in my journal as if the dream life I am manifesting has already happened & I’m making a recap journal entry of the day. this helps me get even more clear on what I’m manifesting and how it could show up in my life . and there you have it... my morning routine! . what is part of YOUR morning routine?
