Happy Monday loves! Hereβs what my Friday me time/fitness time looked like πΈ It started with lots of hydration (s/o mountain spring water cuz we try to be #noplastic as much as we canπ) followed by a 2 mile walk to the park for a body weight workout on the grass! Planks killll. Ended by a stretch, and 2 mile walk back to grab a healthy lunch! I hope everybody has a beautiful, happy, healthy week ahead and that you freaking kill it!! Take some time for yourself always to do the things that make you feel good and light you up ππΌββοΈπ§πΌββοΈπ«πͺπΌ
