The top questions we get asked about #InstantDreamHome Do you really renovate the homes in just 12 hours? 🧐 YES! Install days are always insane with 200+ people on the job site but it all gets done. That said, there is a TON of research and preparation that goes into each house months in advance of the install. The more we can prefab and prepare in advance, the better ✅ Can you do my house? 🤩 We love seeing you nominate friends and family to be on the show but the five of us (Danielle included) are not a part of the family selection process. This is handled by the production company + Netflix and they pick families from just one area (this season it was in Georgia). We’d love to do this work for as many families as we can but season two is not guaranteed yet so make sure you keep watching 😉 Did the families know? 🤨 The families are generally kept in the dark for most of the process. They know they’ve been in consideration for a home reno show and have signed off on all of the paperwork in case they are selected, but they don’t know when or what is happening. Those reactions are REAL 😮 Is Erik single? 😍 By far the number one question we have seen on social media! Rumor has it that @encurtis is in fact single but is only answering DMs from people that have already binged the entire season 😜 Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, Erik will keep his shirt on next season 😂 WHEN IS SEASON 2!?! 😭 Season two is not gauranteed so we honestly don’t know the answer to this question 🤷‍♂️ however, the more you watch, engage and share about #InstantDreamHome, the better, so if you loved the show and want to see more, you know what to do.
