TEMPEH REUBEN-INSPIRED SALAD!! 🥪🥗 real ones know that my favorite food in all of Athens is the discontinued tempeh reuben from clocked 🥲🫡 so naturally not knowing what to make for dinner turned into a cwaaazy lil tempeh reuben x everything but the kitchen sink salad moment & it was actually SO good <3 THE GOODZ— TEMPEH REUBEN-INSPIRED SALAD: 🥗 bed of spring mix 🥗 chopped multicolor carrots 🥗 chopped pickles 🥗 farro cooked w all-purpose seasoning for a lil flavor 🥗 tempeh bacon 🥗 vegan sriracha mayo! (maybe go a lil less heavy handed than I did lolz)
