Ya boy is engaged! 💍✨ We’ve been deep in planning mode for our engagement party, and now that everything has settled, I wanted to share one of the drinks we featured on our menu that night. Jasper’s Rum Punch ———- 1.5 oz Jasper’s Mix 1.5 oz Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum Jasper’s Mix: • 1 cup fresh lime juice • 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar • 1⁄2 oz Angostura Bitters • 1⁄4 tsp grated nutmeg Instructions: 1. Combine all mix ingredients in a jar. 2. Cap and shake until the sugar dissolves. 3. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours before using. 4. Store up to 3–4 weeks chilled.
