"I love cooking—it's been a passion of mine since I was a kid. Whenever my mom cooked, I was always curious about what she was making, so she taught me how to make some of her dishes. I knew as a child I would always be the happiest in the kitchen, so naturally, I became a chef. My favorite thing about working in the restaurant industry is that there are many opportunities for me to discover new cuisines and grow as a chef. I've been working with Kei Concepts for about eight years, starting at Sup Noodle Bar and eventually working at just almost every concept under the Kei umbrella. In 5 years, I hope to continue expanding my knowledge and furthering my career with Kei Concepts because they're constantly pushing boundaries in the restaurant industry with innovative ideas!"
