Today at @smorgasburgla reminded me of how long I’ve been doing this. 10 fucking years. 10 years of doing it right. Permits, insurance, commercial kitchen, blah blah blah. It’s not fucking easy and don’t let anyone tell you different. It’s very easy to do this the wrong way, the easy way, the lazy way, but where does that get you? Absolutely fucking nowhere. Everyone thinks they can do it, but when things get tough, will you stick it out? Glad I’ve been on this wild ride with these amazing people, we do it right. 💁🏻‍♀️♥️
