don’t get me wrong, i love a good treat, but encouraging people to add things to their diets and routines with such carelessness makes me cringe. i had no idea what this #matcha powder was and should have checked the label before i left @traderjoes but i’ve seen SO many people worshiping this green powder, i thought it just had to be good. with barely 2g of fiber and protein, i see nothing beneficial about this, other than the fact your drink will look “aesthetic” 🤷🏻‍♀️ don’t fall into the trap. READ THE LABELS!
