Finally checked @damsot_la off the list and OMG this is the comfort food I’ve needed. They are a chain from South Korea (this is their first US location) and they specialize in pot rice. Each pot of rice is cooked to perfection in a single serve pressure cooker and topped with various craveable things like tender steak or glazed eel. Their signature eggplant with ground pork is packed with flavor and a great option if it’s your first time. I love that they give you a complimentary yakult at the end of the meal!
