Epic NYC dump 🗽 My brother @xavierschipani has a billboard in Times Square. Not only is that huge for him professionally but it is huge for the trans community to have such a vibrant, loud and beautiful celebration on display in the busiest corner of the world. I got to work the @christopherjohnrogers show with @amika and @naeemahlafond and it was quite literally a dream and one of my favorite things I have gotten to do. There was artistry everywhere I looked and I felt so inspired and I haven’t felt like that in a long time honestly. It was a weekend filled with love, fear, excitement, and warmth and I felt all of those emotions intensely. Feeling scares me. I struggle to let emotion in because I am afraid it will just take over and I won’t be able to handle it but what I am realizing is that life is absolutely nothing without emotion. So do it, feel it, even if it terrifies you. Because unfortunately you can’t just numb the negative.
