My wife @daylonpayne took a picture of me at the gym this morning. She says, ‘I took a picture of you stretching this morning.’ Little does she know...that’s actually me praying that it’s almost over!!! (Just look at my pained expression!!!)😊 Honestly though, I love going to the gym. It’s cathartic. I process things when I’m there, do some mental housekeeping. And lately, that housekeeping, is about creating better habit of turning negative thoughts to positive or at bare minimum, call out the negative thoughts and deny them any power. It’s a process but one step at a time. And I don’t always ‘want’ to go to the gym. Sometimes the negative thoughts/patterns are already ‘in motion’ but I try to go more so on those days because I know the other side of any workout feels so much better than not going.
