i’ve made this 5 days in a row, it’s TOO EASY and too good! 🥒 my favorite part is, you can easily adjust the oil to be as mild or spicy as you like. depending on the time of day i’m eating this, i like to crank the heat up a few notches and go wild with the dried pepper flakes, but if it’s close to bed i keep it tame 🐆 all you need is 1-2 english cucumbers and the following for the oil: toasted sesame oil chili oil (about 1tbsp) rice vinegar low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos) white sesame seeds red pepper flakes you’ll notice i didn’t add exact measurements - this is because i rarely measure out my ingredients and usually eyeball, especially when it’s something you can tweak so easily, like this salad. if you wanna keep it on the lighter side, use less oil and more of the rice vinegar. you can also omit or use less sesame seeds to reduce cals. either way, such an easy, refreshing and HEALTHY snack! pairs well with pad thai 🤤 #cucumbersalad #smashedcucumber #cucumber #sesameoil #chilioil #eatwelllivewell #fastrecipes #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes #veganrecipes #vegetarianrecipes #quickrecipes #asiansalad #goodmoodfood #recipeshare #recipevideo #saladrecipe #instasalad #quickbites #buzzfeedfoods #healthiswealth #eattherainbow #lowcalorie #healthjourney
