“From the beginning, there was no question this had to be shot on film. Avril & Yungblud is such a legendary collaboration. I knew 4perf would add something grand and gritty all at the same time. I grew up watching punk videos on MTV and I wanted this video to nod to the classics but feel massive in its own way. I took inspo from The Clash, The Replacements, Bruce Springsteen, Minutemen, Echo & The Bunnymen, and Alanis Morissette. We chose 500T as well as pushing the stock 1 stop to bring out the saturation and grain structure."
