September in New York City was a winner! We celebrated our return to the flight deck of Intrepid with 600 vaccinated friends, the amazing beats of Fogo Azul, and the awesome moves of 305 FItness. We participated in group events like the top-notch Bike HSS ride in Weschester where we raised funds for research at HSS. We threw down an urban workout in the heart of Herald Square with the incredible Tony Rubio and her team of dancers. Most of all, we saw hope in getting our communities back together! The take home points: we are heading back to normal! Get vaccinated, wear your mask indoors, and don't let fear rule you!
