Andrea Martin 🤍🕊😔 what a loss to this world. An incredible vocalist. A legendary songwriter. One of the funniest people on the planet. Told me I was the shit before I even knew it myself. So many unforgettable moments making magic and cracking jokes. I will never forget the first time I witnessed you jump in the booth to record - having never heard the music before - and laying down a smash song in pretty much ONE TAKE. You always hyped me up and I always wanted to impress you, having your approval was the ultimate flex. You wrote songs for others, but you also encouraged - I played you my song ‘Love Somebody’ the day I wrote it and you hit the roof - it was the biggest compliment, and helped me believe in my own ability as a songwriter. Richard was your biggest fan. We wrote ‘Blame The World’ and ‘Broken’ together - and have a whole bunch of songs we were talking about finishing just last year. I am honoured and privileged to have known you and experienced your gift, you live on in the fabric of the incredible music and vibration you put into the world and all those you have/will inspire.
