This summer I got to do my first steeple in 3 years. I couldn’t believe it had been that long (1 Covid year shouldn’t count) but it was so fun to be out there jumping over stuff and splashing in the water again. It’s been a challenging few years for me health-wise and I’ve honestly had many very low periods. BUT this summer I got a taste of the good life again and even though it didn’t last as long as I had hoped, it was just enough to reignite my 🔥 and inspire me to keep working. I talk about journey all the time and tell young girls in sport through @voiceinsport that everyone’s story is unique and comparing yourself to another athlete is fruitless... sometimes the best part about mentoring is remembering to take your own advice! 🙃 #myjourney #mystory #firedup
