LAST WEEKEND, I HAD the opportunity for a moment of self-care and nourishing my body with @in_your_element women’s health festival in @ecclestonyardsmarket organised by the lovely @krista_madden whom I hadn’t seen since the pandemic! I wasn’t able to take photos and videos of everything but enjoyed meditation and menopause chat with @katie_brindle followed by brunch with @soulsutras @morena.london before we headed back to the festival. I’m a huge fan of @fayes_fitness and her @f.i.t_jam dance classes so was happy to move with Faye. This was followed by menopause conversations and the day ended with an amazing masterclass with @evolvebeautyuk where we were given some of their products to try with a facial masterclass. I am religiously using the facial massage techniques each evening. Went home with a fab goodie bag and feeling nourished despite feeling a little under the weather from having the Bivalent booster the day before!
