welcome back to my budget grocery series!! 👋 someone challenged me to go back to $50 for this series you all love and I couldn’t say no... so we have a BRAND new $50 list! 💕🛒 so excited for you to follow along & if you want the recipes all ahead of time, I already released them all on substack!!! 🥬🍅🥕🫘🍝 each of the 5 recipes are gluten & dairy free, serve 4 people, and you can grab the entire grocery list you’ll need from the caption here! you can get this list at any store but I did shop at trader joe’s 😊 got any Q’s? let me know in the comments! here are all of the groceries you’ll need for ALL 5 dinner recipes: grocery list: - 1 large yellow onion - 1 broccoli head - 5 green bell peppers - 6oz baby spinach - 1 lb raw carrots - 28oz can crushed tomatoes (I used fire roasted) - 15oz can black beans - 15oz can kidney beans - 15oz can chickpeas - 32oz basmati or jasmine rice - 16oz gluten-free pasta of choice - 32oz veggie or chicken broth - 15oz can artichoke hearts - 1 lb raw cashews or cashew pieces - 4oz nutritional yeast - 1 lb ground turkey - 1 + 1/2 lbs boneless chicken thighs - 14oz firm tofu block you’ll also need these pantry staples: - olive oil - coconut aminos, soy sauce, or tamari - maple syrup - sriracha - lemon juice - tapioca, arrowroot, or corn starch and spices you’ll use: - salt & black pepper - garlic powder - chili powder - smoked paprika - ground cumin - dried oregano - ground ginger - sesame seeds (optional) - red pepper flakes (optional) I am SO excited to share these new recipes with you!!!
