Clients seeking fitness to help them with certain medical issues that we can specialize in, specifically prenatal and postpartum fitness, pelvic floor dysfunction and drug and alcohol recovery through fitness are now eligible to use Medfit care to help cover costs of private training at Beach Life Fitness Boutique. We are also expanding our offerings of care as the goal is our trainers will become specialists in menopause, Alzheimer's, joint issues, Parkinson's and more through Medfit education.
