what i eat in a day 🤍 healthy and high protein! start the day with my greens drink (honestly i put so many things in there and it actually tastes really good) breakfast is an omelette with feta + spinach mid morning I’ll have a lara bar (don’t skip on the flavour it’s so yummy) lunch was my meal prep (in another video from earlier this week) a combination of purple sweet potato, spicy tofu and broccoli- can be heated up or cold with a salad! 🥗 mid afternoon is as a yoghurt with granola dinner was stuffed chicken, brown rice + kale then there is a never a day without chocolate so i had these peanut butter dark chocolate bites! always here to share healthy ideas and recipes to inspire you guys! no matter where you are in your wellness journey make sure to find balance and eat the foods that you love! 🤍 #whatieatinaday #fulldayofeating #wieid #healthy #healthylifestyle #wellness #trending
