This is 50! Today is my birthday, and I’m not going to lie turning 50 has been a challenging one for me. It feels.......how do I put it.......oh yeah old! One thing I have grown into is trusting myself and my instincts. That gut feeling that talks to you, listen to it, it will always guide you in the right direction. The way it led me into flowers and so many other extraordinary experiences in life. I started this flower journey at 45, so Tularosa Flowers is 5 this year and I am 50! And how much we have grown in 5 years! This year I’m celebrating in Santa Fe where my husband and I fell in love so it’s extra special. I’m surrounded by my loving family, soaking in the colors and beauty that make this place so spectacular. I’m truly grateful for this amazing life I’m living, for the incredibly supportive family and friends and colleagues and especially for all of the lovely couples I get to flower for and my incredible, hardworking Tularosa team. 50 feels different, but it feels grounded, abundant and wise and I’m good with that.
