I wanted to come on here and share my story. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while. I was always telling everyone that I was ok and everything will fizzle out. Some things shouldn’t be shared on here so I’m going to keep them private but this year was the hardest year to battle my mental illness’s. Going through a lot took over and I almost took my life. After analyzing everything that went on I told my family that I need help. I went to a bunch of therapy and my phone was taken for almost a week. Which was good because of no distractions. I’m writing this because not everything you see on social media is how it actually is. And no one knew not my friends nor my family because I didn’t speak up. Check up on your friends/family and talk if you feel like you are in the need of help. I’m also sharing this because I know I’m not the only person that experiences these types of things. Remember you are so loved by so many people💗💗
