Flip your screens!/Virem as telas! Using LABAN efforts and keeping a focus on fluidity and surrender to the movement. LABAN efforts are a brilliant way to understand action - how different intentions and textures can make a body move, how the same direction with a differing flavour can create a different story. The other key thing to note here is the relation to breath and how movement and breath go hand in hand. Something that will soon be explored in an upcoming project with @__corcione__ and @lufmesquita with the addition of sound. Take note at the quality of breath and how it affects each movement too.
